Halloween is Over - time for a new post!

This is all i have the energy for after flying around on my broom all night!

BEFORE: Note skim milk in plastic jug before beating with Bamix electrical whisk

AFTER: Note that skim milk has tribled in volume after being "beaten".
This is my substitute for whipping cream to put on top of my capachino

Coffee Ritual - sometimes i use the plunger type coffee maker (see above photo), sometimes the good old electric coffee maker; anyway you make it, as long as you use good quality coffee it will please me.

hi *ms.I* thanks for stopping by - i edited the original post; it seems that i can only get three photos into one Blog entry. Does anyone else have this difficulty?

There looks like some delicious coffee could come from there.

MULTIPLE, *alan* hah hah, very funny, but we are talking COFFEE here! your imagination is running amuck....

hey JIP, how are things?

hey Kapitan! - yep, i love coffee and part of the fun is in the preparation.

yes *ms.I* - i must admit that i fell for this one "hook, line and sinker" - my friend had one and i loved being able to whip up skim milk and save myself the calories of real cream, so when i saw them being sold at the PNE, well, i just had to have one and to hell with the price! -- i love it!

I can never wait for the weekend when I can grind my own beans and make my own coffee. My week is always so hectic that I usually stop by Tim's for a double double on my way to school. I recently bought some Kicking Horse coffee at Overwaitea. It's all organic and absolutely delicious.

Hmmmm, wish I liked coffee ... it smells wonderful, but I've never been able to stand the flavour.
Enjoy ...
Take care, Meow
