ohhhh, PAIN PAIN PAIN.... our second belly dance class last night - what fun! - but i'm paying for it today..Mentally i feel great, but oh my! the shoulders, the arms, the left hip, YIKES....OH WELL...it WILL pass.

In the words of (i think) the Buddha: "...pain is inevitable, suffering is optional...so i got dressed to go out and enjoy the sunshine, only to discover that i had put my T-shirt on back to front...but it was too much effort to pull it up over my head again and change it around...so off i went with a low-cut back and high front neck, a wee bit uncomfortable...but oh well, WHATever....

..got a lovely whole wheat bread stick, fresh out of the oven of Cobb's Bakery, and since i have only myself to worry about right now, felt entitled to rip the top off and munch on a piece as i walked home. (i used to do this when i was a little girl: then i would get home and get into lots of trouble because i had mutalated the loaf of bread. - years after my oldest sister was still reminding me of this misdemeanour!!! -- lol) - now, it is MY loaf of bread, i reminded myself, and i am not going to get into trouble when i get home....ah, the simple joys of life! ---- trees, clouds, birds, sun on my face and a cool breeze messing my hair, and my own loaf of bread! }...sigh...{
