taking a brief respite!

Just to let everyone know that I am taking a "brief respite", so don't worry, i'm OK, just a little worn out...

Hi alan, yep, that weekend was a weekend of tradegy...the hot air balloon, AND 6 people killed and many injured when the wedding party was crashed into by a truck!

funny thing was, my daughter was going camping and were trying to decide which campground to stay at.
I found out on the Monday that as her boyfriend's dad was heading out the driveway, his mom came out to tell them that the Hazeldeen campground had just phoned to say there was a vacancy...but they did not see her, so they headed to the campground in North Surrey, near my place...so funny how things turn out eh?

The 'ducks' and their poop is getting to me actually, I had to take a break and not turn on my computer for a few days....the battle is not over yet, though.

Thanks for stopping by. By the way, apparently that heart shape in the puppy's fur is supposedly absolutely natural...amazing hey?

Dead tired today, slow progress with daughter...like the old AA addage goes: "one day at a time"...it sucks! pardon the slang, but that is how I feel today. Now my sister is not well, so I don't want to burden her with my troubles.

But I will be doing a new Post soon, as soon as I get the photos done of the Teddy Bear's Picnic. I also attended the opening of the new Art Show at the Gallery, so I will post about that too...should be good.
