Beautiful photos and sentiments...wish I could sent it to you!
So far we are cold but not wet, though I know the clock is ticking! Had to unhitch the hoses tonight; in the next day or so I'll bring one of them in for the winter. I'll vacuum out the basement furnace and the one in our bedroom on Sunday when I'm off. It's 29 in my backyard right now...

Amelia

your posts are always filled with happy!
a testament ..
Hi Enid, Amelia, Kath; well, i am so blessed!
my daughter surprised me with that bit of prose about "sisters", and i felt compelled to share it, and it seemed like a good Post. I tried to incorporate if with photos but it would not work, so i had to post them separately. And i treasure that photo of my mom and me in Maui, it reminds me of the happy times we had there together. Most people do not know that the protea is native to South Africa, and had to be imported to Hawaii, where it now thrives. My mom was born in S.Africa, as was i, so it just seemed like the appropriate photo for this Post.
Gorgeous photos, and wonderful post. Thanks for sharing.
Hope you have a great weekend.
Take care, Meow
thanks meow yes i am, hope you are too, check out my new post and if you can spread the word.
cheers,
pj
